About us
MERECS Engineering GmbH develops customized test benches and optimizes test software for development, quality assurance, and production. From conception to commissioning, MERECS implements end-of-line, performance, environmental, and endurance test benches, as well as systems for functional, pressure, and leakage testing. We also handle electrical installation, control cabinet construction, system integration, and the modernization of existing systems. Our solutions are used, among other things, for the automated testing of heat pumps, heating systems, fluid pumps, sensor manufacturers' products, and power electronics. Developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex software architectures is also part of our daily business. MERECS utilizes reusable and newly developed software components to optimize test frameworks. We ensure clearly structured test procedures across all locations. This makes it easier to maintain, adapt, and expand test systems for new products. We utilize software such as NI TestStand, NI LabVIEW, Python, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and Embedded C/C++. MERECS combines custom-designed test bench construction with flexible test software and transparent data management. In addition, MERECS integrates test benches with platforms for acquiring, storing, and analyzing measurement data. Interfaces and dashboards make test results usable for quality management and process optimization. As a long-term, reliable, and collaborative service provider, we also safeguard medium-sized companies against the consequences of demographic change, including those affecting software and testing departments.

Test Automation Developer – NI LabVIEW (m/f/d)
