Transfer System ITS 1500 with 24 V technology

Transformer
As components, transformers have a significant influence on the functionality of technical processes and are used in applications primarily to adjust the voltage level. However, their use also enables the configuration of new types of mains. With the help of transformers, downstream equipment can be permanently designed for the same mains form and voltage, regardless of the operating conditions. Our wide standard range of separating, control, safety isolating, isolating and autotransformers provides you with the right choice for the design of your individual systems.

Transformers
Whether transformers, transductors, reactors or voltage stabilizers, air, water or oil-insulated, whether individual winding goods or complex transformer systems – J. Schneider has made a name for itself in all of these fields and is regarded throughout Europe as a specialist for demanding key technologies such as traffic engineering, regenerative energies or electromobility. Transformers of every size and Design: 100 to 10.000 VA, Power Transformers, Customised special Transformers, Starting Transformers, Transductors

Transformers & winding goods
Our range includes single and three-phase transformers, power supplies, chokes, and specialized solutions for various industries. From medical environments to welding technology and wind power plants, we provide customized products according to international standards.

Transponder-coded safety switches with guard locking
The transponder-coded safety systems from EUCHNER are modern interlocking devices or guard locking devices of type 4 for the protection of persons, machines and processes. They are based on non-contact transponder technology (RFID) and consist of a coded actuator, a read head and evaluation electronics. In some systems, the read head and evaluation electronics form a self-contained unit. All safety functions are combined in a single component here (internal evaluation). With external evaluation, the actuator is read via a separate read head connected to an evaluation unit in the control cabinet. Your benefits - Maximum protection against tampering due to uniquely coded actuator - Highest safety category and Performance Level (PL) according to EN ISO 13849‑1 - Depending on the application, a device with a suitable actuating range can be selected - The large actuating range offers greater door guide tolerance - The actuator can be rotated within the read head’s actuating range - Less sensitive to dirt on the surface - Largely insensitive to vibration and shock - Can be used in harsh environments - Suitable for areas with increased hygiene requirements

twinsphere Suite
twinsphere is a powerful, scalable suite for Digital Twins – and far more than just an AAS platform. It enables companies to successfully address complex challenges such as fragile supply chains, increasing cost pressure, and growing demands for sustainability and transparency. As a cloud-based SaaS solution, twinsphere supports the end-to-end creation, management and integration of Digital Twins across the entire product lifecycle. Built on the standardised implementation of the Asset Administration Shell (AAS), it ensures interoperability, future readiness, and seamless collaboration across organisational boundaries. twinsphere creates transparency throughout the value chain, automates the exchange of product information, and connects IT and OT systems into a unified, usable data foundation. Companies benefit from optimised processes, more efficient use of resources, and data-driven decision-making in real time. The platform unlocks a wide range of use cases – from digital nameplates and automated, VDI 2770-compliant documentation processes to the Digital Product Passport with full lifecycle and recycling transparency. This not only supports compliance with regulatory requirements but also enables new digital business models and added value for customers and partners. With its modular extensions and flexible integration capabilities, twinsphere adapts to existing system landscapes and evolves alongside your business needs. It provides the foundation for a connected, sustainable, and future-ready industry.

twinstudio
twinstudio is an integrated toolkit for the easy creation, management and visualisation of Digital Twins – from Asset Administration Shells (AAS) and submodels to templates. As part of the twinsphere suite, it is designed for both beginners and experienced users, enabling a fast and efficient start through guided workflows, real-time validation and an intuitive user experience. At its core is the combination of ease of use, standard compliance and scalability. Even without in-depth AAS expertise, Digital Twins can be structured, created, edited and published efficiently. At the same time, compliance with IDTA standards ensures interoperability and seamless collaboration across organisational boundaries. twinstudio provides a central, visual overview of all assets, including search, filter and status functions, and supports data exchange via common formats such as JSON, XML and AASX. Its direct integration with twinsphere and external repositories ensures smooth connectivity within existing system landscapes. Key features include the Twin Builder for creating and editing AAS and submodels, the Template Designer for managing submodel templates, the Blueprint Editor for scalable Digital Twin strategies, and a centralised management of semantic descriptions. This is complemented by a Submodel Template Repository for versioning and sharing templates across teams and organisations. twinstudio enables consistent, reusable processes and supports companies in implementing Digital Twins efficiently, in line with standards, and in a future-ready way – from initial pilot projects to scalable deployment across products and business areas.

Two-axis positioning and synchronization control module POS-124-U
This electronic module was developed to control two hydraulic positioning axes. Both axes can be controlled completely independently or in synchronism via a field bus. The differential outputs are designed to control continuous valves with integrated or external electronics (differential input). Alternatively, the output signal can be parameterized to 4…20 mA. The module is intended for the connection of analogue position sensors 0…10 V or 4…20 mA (scalable) or digital SSI position sensors. The internal monitoring signals errors and operating states to the higher-level control. Operational readiness is signaled via a switching output. Typical applications: positioning controls or synchronous controls with hydraulic axes. Features • Two independent positioning axes • Can be combined for synchronization control • Setpoint specification, actual value feedback, control byte and status byte via a fieldbus interface • SSI sensor interface or analog sensor interface (0… 10 V or 4… 20 mA) • Simple and user-friendly scaling of the sensors • Speed resolution 0.005 mm/s • Principle of path-dependent braking for robust positioning • Highly precise positioning • Advanced control technology with PT1 controller, drift compensation and fine positioning • Superimposed synchronization controller as PT1 (optimal for hydraulic applications) • Optimal use with zero-cut control valves • Master / slave or mean value control • Error diagnostics and advanced function testing • Simplified parameterization with WPC-300 software

Ultra short pulse laser DFL Brevis Marker
The aim of marking a workpiece is to create a marking that is permanent, high-contrast and high-resolution. In addition, the material should only be subjected to minimal stress or have its properties altered. These requirements are optimally met by the laser systems in the Business Fiber USP series. Compared to comparable systems, the ultrashort pulse laser DFL Brevis Marker guarantees: short pulses and very high pulse peak power thanks to ultrashort pulse laser technology (USP laser technology) combined with the advantages of a fiber laser, extended application possibilities for high-contrast markings on plastics, burr-free, dimensionally accurate deep engravings on tools or jewelry as well as transparent materials, high quality engravings with high cutting edge quality and minimal heat exposure.

Ultrasonic Sensors
Ultrasonic sensors offer versatile applications for detecting transparent, dark, glossy, reflective or porous surfaces as well as detecting objects or liquids, even under adverse conditions such as contamination, dust, mist or ambient light. The measurement is carried out by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic waves, the results of which are either output as an analog or switching output or transmitted via IO-Link. The sensors can be used in various operating modes, such as synchronous, multiplex, reflex or throughbeam mode. In synchronous mode, up to 40 sensors can be used together depending on the sensor type and thus cover a larger area. Multiplex mode prevents mutual interference between adjacent or opposing sensors. Depending on the application, ultrasonic sensors are available in different housing formats, from the space-saving cylindrical or cubic format to the fork format.
