Strong parts thanks to continuous fibre reinforcement
Continuous Filament Fabrication (CFF) is a patented technology that allows Markforged users to produce 3D printed components with extreme stability. With this technology, the continuous fibre is additionally inserted into the component via a second nozzle in the print head. It is called continuous fibre because it has only one start and one end point per layer. This allows you to achieve stabilities that are superior to milled aluminium in outstanding quality! Thanks to the supplied and optimally adjusted EIGER software, you can insert the continuous fibre individually per layer and, of course, also over the entire surface. Carbon, Kevlar, glass fibre and high-temperature glass fibre are available as continuous fibre reinforcement.

symmedia Hub
The symmedia Hub is a cloud-based, IEC 62443-certified platform for secure digital collaboration in mechanical engineering. It connects machine manufacturers and operators and provides a central foundation for modern service processes – also with regard to requirements such as NIS2. As a multi-tenant platform, the symmedia Hub enables the management of machines from different manufacturers and technologies in one place. At the same time, each tenant retains full control over their data and access rights at all times. Machines, service histories, documentation, and relevant data are brought together in a structured way and made accessible at any time. Service requests can be centrally recorded as tickets, managed, and fully documented. The symmedia Hub also enables secure remote maintenance and supports service teams in analyzing and resolving issues more quickly. The result is greater transparency, faster response times, and a significant reduction in downtime and service effort.

System / device construction
Thanks to our complete range of services, we are able to process high-quality and complex electronic systems. This includes assembly through to the finished device, final electrical and functional inspection and despatch. This enables us to carry out the complete logistical management of your assembly. A final electrical inspection is possible if test equipment is provided. Alternatively, we are also happy to develop these in co-operation with you. We consider comprehensive documentation and logging of the entire production process (e.g. assembly of the individual components, programming, assembly test, system construction and assembly, system test and parameterisation) to be a matter of course. This is the only way to guarantee a high quality standard and corresponding traceability.

TagMark
The TAGMARK LASER is a complete automated system that will allow you to mark automatically complete batches of tags, on a single workstation, secured and synchronized with your own data. The tags feed can therefore be done via one or two routes if you have two different sizes of plates. Tags are marked in series and automatically, without the need for an operator. The marking can also be done individually if desired. The TAGMARK LASER is equipped with an i104 EASY laser machine with a 20W fibre laser source. Other powers are available for deeper marking or higher speed. The laser marking area is secured in a Class 1 certified enclosure. The enclosure is equipped with a viewing window.

Temperature Controller
Temperature control is crucial in many industrial sectors to ensure product quality, improve process efficiency, and save energy. Each system consists of a temperature controller connected to temperature sensors and actuators to detect temperature changes and control the actuators, thus maintaining the desired temperature. The temperature sensors detect the process temperature, convert it into an electrical signal, and transmit this signal to the temperature controller. The controller monitors temperature changes in real time. Based on the signal from the temperature sensor, the controller compares the setpoint temperature with the actual temperature, analyzes any deviations, and sends corresponding control signals to the actuators. The actuators—such as heating and cooling elements—adjust their power output according to these signals, thereby regulating the temperature. Autonics offers optimized temperature controllers tailored to various industrial environments.
