      embedded device - eNetMini.2105

The different versions of the eNetMini.2105 device provides you with a lot of onboard environmental sensors. It's using the Bosch Sensortec and TI family environmental sensors, to integrate high linearity and high accuracy sensors for gas, pressure, humidity, temperature and ambient light. To detect changes in infrared radiation which occur when there is movement by a person (or object) which is different in temperature from the surroundings the device uses an Panasonich passive infrared sensor. The voltages required in the device are extra-low voltage (<60 volts DC). For this reason, contact protection is not required. However, should this be necessary, the use of the optional housing may be an option. If you are not satisfied with the form and function of the case, you will find all the data you need to modify and print it on Github.

    2. embedded device - eNetVario

      embedded device - eNetVario

The embedded device series eNetVario is small, efficient and designed for industrial use. The metal housing is extremely robust and can be used both as a desktop housing and for top-hat rail mounting in accordance with EN 60 715. We use Debian Linux as the operating system, which has been adapted to the hardware-specific device features (BSP). M2M communication takes place via sockets or the network interfaces using TCP/IP and MQTT, alternatively also via a JSON REST API. The Mosquitto MQTT broker and the Node-RED programming environment are pre-installed and ready for immediate use. You can find detailed information on this in our online documentation. The core components of the device are the embedded module eNetMaxi with the carrier card MKC1502. This is available in a different assembly variant as a reference design (eNetEval.1502) for your own developments. The eNetVario has two Ethernet ports (10/100Mbit), several serial and USB interfaces. In addition, up to 6 process I/O boards can be integrated into the device. This flexible design of analog and digital I/O in conjunction with intelligent pre-processing means that inexpensive devices for a maximum of 24 sensors/actuators can be supplied for many areas of application. Power is supplied directly via the network cable in accordance with the IEEE802.3af standard (Power over Ethernet, PoE). A conventional power supply is not necessary, but can be used as an alternative.

    3. Emergency-Stop Devices

      Emergency-Stop Devices

Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG is offering a comprehensive range of emergency-stop devices allowing to fulfil the requirements of typical applications of different branches - ranging from the machine building industry, plant engineering up to the lift, vehicle, shipbuilding and crane building industry. Customer can choose from a variety of traditional versions. The illuminated variants offer a plus in safety compared to standard emergency-stops, as they signal the active/inactive status of the emergency-stop by means of a clear colouring. Also here, Schlegel offers different products and has developed an emergency-stop with diagnostic unit which constantly monitors the status of the illumination. Self-monitoring emergency-stop devices The production of products and goods is mostly done by complex and extensive production facilities. Nowadays, those facilities are no longer operated as complete systems, they are divided in individual areas. This sectioning has the advantage that the facilities can be adapted to production changes much quicker and that they are more failure-proof in whole. The modular structure offers also other advantages. Among others individual parts can be safeguarded by a separate emergency-stop device. In case of a failure in the production or in case of danger for a person, the relating part of the installation is put into a safe state by operating its individual emergency-stop, the rest of the system keeps on running. When using emergency-stop devices it always has to be considered that the emergency-stop function is a complementary protective measure and may not be used as substitute for other protective measures or safety functions!

    4. Emergency-stops with pull release FRPVK

      Emergency-stops with pull release FRPVK

Georg Schlegel GmbH & Co. KG expands its emergency-stop program for the SHORTRON series with pull to release variants. The new variants are available without contact blocks for base-plate mounting and with contact blocks for faston terminals or PCB-mounted terminals. The versions with faston terminals are available with 1 NC, 2 NC, 2 NC + 1 NO and as illuminated type with 2 NC contacts. For the emergency-stops for PCB-mounting there are 2 NC and 2 NC + 1 NO contacts available. The mechanical life of the emergency-stops is approximately 30.000 switching cycles with a maximum pulling force of 160 N. Their protection class is IP65/IP67 and the maximum operation temperature is -25° C - 70° C. The NC contacts are with positive opening according to EN60947-5-1. The emergency-stops are designed for a mounting diameter of 22.3 mm and have a mounting depth of 9.2 mm to 18.1 mm, depending on their version.

    9. Energy Saving Service

      Energy Saving Service

Energy Saving Service Leaks in compressed air systems often go unnoticed for long periods in day-to-day production - but over time they can lead to significant energy losses, unnecessary costs, and avoidable CO₂ emissions. This is exactly where systematic leak detection comes in. Using specialized ultrasonic detectors, even the smallest leaks in compressed air lines and components can be reliably identified, documented, and prioritized. This creates a clear action plan for quickly eliminating losses. Even small leaks can add up to noticeable additional costs over the course of a year, so fixing them often pays off faster than expected. A hole as small as 1 mm can quickly cost around €1,000 per year! With our Energy Saving Service, we support you in precisely uncovering these hidden savings potentials for lower energy costs and greater sustainability in your operations.
