Two-Way Travel Locking Handle Kit with Push Buttons - DBHAND-TW

This locking handle kit provides convenient dual access while maintaining a dependable, secure closure.

The Two-Way Travel Locking Handle Kit contains a double handle and a push-button locking mechanism, located at the centre of the drawer front to ensure user safety. When centrally mounted, the standard kit provides lock-in functionality in the centre position of the two-way-travel drawer.

The push force to unlock the drawer can be configured as 60 N by mounting one spring in the mechanism, or 120 N with two springs mounted in the mechanism. Suitable for drawers of up to 1500 mm wide, with a drawer front thickness of 9 mm maximum.

Designed for use in fire engine storage, vehicle conversions, and industrial storage.

Standard Lock-In Functionality
The kit contains all the components required to use the DBHAND-TW as a complete lock-in mechanism, ensuring drawers and storage compartments remain securely closed until the push button is pressed.

The user must provide two 10 mm diameter rods with M10 threads over 25 mm in length at each end to connect the two push buttons, according to the depth of the drawer.

Additional Lock-Out Option
This kit can also be configured as a lock-out mechanism on one or both sides of the drawer, or to lock the drawer in an intermediate position at 50% of total extension in either direction of travel. An additional kit enabling these configurations will be available soon.
