Key Account Manager

Job Description Manage and develop international key accounts and build long-term customer relationships. Identify new customers, business opportunities and market potential. Develop customer strategies and growth plans. Advise customers on technically complex products and solutions. Own revenue, margin and growth targets and manage the sales pipeline. Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Supply Chain and the UK sales team. Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events. Monitor markets and competitors. Requirements Degree in Business, Engineering or comparable qualification. Several years of international B2B sales experience Experience with technically complex products and key account management. OEM/project sales experience is a plus. Fluent German and English. Analytical and structured approach. Willingness to travel, intercultural competence, teamwork and a hands-on mentality.
