      Automation solutions

During the planning phase, we evaluate your requirements in terms of feasibility and economic viability. Beyond all technical challenges, one key aspect must be clear from the very beginning: your investment in an automation solution should deliver measurable benefits. Whether these benefits are financial or reflected in increased capacity, improved efficiency, enhanced quality, or faster processes is carefully analysed and defined at the start of the project. This step also includes the initial project budgeting. Drawing on many years of experience, we have developed versatile, proven solutions for a wide range of applications. These can often be directly applied to your needs or easily adapted.

AVEVA InSight is a secure, managed solution for collecting, storing and visualizing such data for faster and better strategic decisions. It consolidates disparate data for complete visibility into your current business performance—and gives anyone, anywhere access to that information. If you are looking for a modern, secure and cost-effective way to collect and visualize performance-related data with minimal IT effort, AVEVA InSight is the answer. There is simply no shorter and more economical route to the advantages of modern industrial information management.

    5. AVEVA InTouch

      AVEVA InTouch

The multiple award-winning AVEVA InTouch HMI visualization software supports you in optimizing your operational processes. AVEVA InTouch can display much more than simple animated graphics. Application developers can create meaningful content that helps increase the productivity of enterprise-wide operations and thereby reduce costs. With InTouch, operators can further streamline their day-to-day interactions with industrial automation systems. The result is measurably higher operator efficiency. Thanks to our unique concept based on so-called Situational Awareness Libraries, operators receive all the context-related information they need to deal with critical situations quickly and precisely before ongoing operations are impaired. InTouch HMI software is used in over 30 percent of the world's manufacturing facilities, in nearly every country and industry. InTouch delivers value in terms of ease of development, operational agility, and best-in-class real-time functionality.

    6. AVEVA Unified Operations Center

      AVEVA Unified Operations Center

The AVEVA Unified Operations Center is the foundation for real-time operational performance management for companies in the infrastructure and process industries, providing a cohesive, enterprise-wide view to optimize assets and operations. The entire team receives a central overview in order to be able to make well-founded decisions quickly. The Unified Operations Center provides an advanced level of intelligence that ensures data is aligned with business goals. Technical, operational and performance measures can be calculated from the site level down to the facility level. This enables end-to-end operational visibility across all facilities, helping you improve your company's safety, operational efficiency and ultimately profit margins.

    7. AZ Series - Servo-controlled stepper motor with battery-less absolute encoder

AZ Series - Servo-controlled stepper motor with battery-less absolute encoder

AZ Series – Hybrid Stepper Motors with Mechanical Absolute Encoder The AZ Series combines hybrid stepper motor technology with a built-in, battery-free mechanical multi-turn absolute encoder (ABZO sensor). This enables absolute positioning over ±900 (or ±1,800) revolutions without the need for external sensors. Motors run open-loop under normal operation for smooth, vibration-free motion and switch automatically to closed-loop control under load changes to ensure reliable positioning without loss of synchronism. Key Features • Integrated STO function for AC and DC input voltage drivers (depending on model) • Battery-free mechanical multi-turn absolute encoder (ABZO) integrated as standard • Absolute positioning range: ±900 (standard) or ±1,800 (extended) revolutions • Open-loop operation for quiet running; closed-loop engagement for overload conditions • Frame sizes: 20 mm, 28 mm, 42 mm, 60 mm, and 90 mm • Gearhead options: spur gearheads, planetary gearheads, Harmonic Drive® • Wide variety of actuators available: linear actuators, rotary actuators, grippers, and more • Control flexibility: pulse-direction input, digital I/O, or fieldbus communication (EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus RTU) • Integrated monitoring and diagnostic functions for reliable system operation • Optional electromagnetic brake for holding loads in vertical applications

    8. Ball Screw Drives KGT

      Ball Screw Drives KGT

NEFF ball screw drives are the result of many decades of innovative ongoing development of the ball screw drive. We offer precision-rolled ball screw drives in all common sizes at competitive prices and in extraordinary quality. NEFF ball screws correspond to DIN 69051 and the NEFF standard (exchangeability of EFM trapezoidal nuts with ball nuts). The screws are available with customised end machining or with soft-annealed ends for further machining if requested. The high mechanical efficiency < 98 % requires a lower driving power and a significantly lower breakaway torque than with trapezoidal screw drives. Thanks to the low rolling friction and deflection systems that have been developed further over many years, Neff ball screw drives have a particularly long and reliable service life.
