TEQ WAIST TRANSMITTERS For the widest range of applications With more than 65 years of experience in the field of wireless industrial control units, Tele Radio has a wide range of transmitters. These transmitters are seamlessly tailored to the exact wishes of the end-user and the specific characteristics of the application. Tele Radio TEQ waist transmitters are available for the most complex control solutions. These transmitters are worn utilizing a neck, shoulder, or hip belt. Unlike our handheld transmitters, our industrial waist transmitters offer the possibility for a two-handed operation. The large, sturdy handles vouch for a relaxed working position. We supply our TEQ waist transmitters in three different sizes. Either available as the standard edition or built exclusively for your application including push buttons, switches, joysticks, feedback information, etc. The choice is yours: either go for a compact and therefore handy transmitter or one of the bigger versions that include plenty of space for any additional controls and a display up to 4.3 inches for a feedback information from the controlled machine or vehicle. With the Tele Radio TEQ waist transmitters, the possibilities in applications are almost endless.

PW - Schutzfenster für Schaltgehäuse
Robuste PW-Schutzfenster für Schaltgehäuse Zum Schutz von Anzeigen, Schalt- und Bedienkomponenten vor Verschmutzung, Nässe und unbefugtem Zugriff führt FIBOX robuste Instrument Protection Windows (PW) mit Abmessungen von 450x400x90 mm sowie 340x300x90 mm im Programm. Die Schutzfenster aus Polycarbonat lassen sich schnell und einfach auf Schaltgehäuse und Pultanlagen verschiedenster Art montieren. Damit bieten sie eine unkomplizierte Alternative zu aufwändig maßgefertigten Lösungen. Beide PW-Modelle bestehen aus einem Rahmen mit durchgehendem Scharnier und einer transparenten Abdeckung. Durch den großen Sichtbereich lassen sich die abgedeckten Schalt-, Anzeige- und Steuerkomponenten auch im geschlossenen Zustand jederzeit gut beobachten. Aufgrund der Innenhöhe von 85 mm werden zum Beispiel auch Schlüsselschalter sicher geschützt. Zur Montage wird der Rahmen einfach um die Bedienelemente angeordnet und innenseitig mit acht Schrauben befestigt. Dabei dichtet der Rahmen ohne weitere Maßnahmen mit dem darunterliegenden Gehäuse rundum sauber ab. Rahmen und Fenster sind rückseitig mit einer eingeschäumten PUR-Dichtung versehen. Die überlappende Konstruktion sorgt für eine erhöhte Festigkeit und Dichtigkeit, so dass bei geschlossenem Fenster eine Schlagfestigkeit von IK09 sowie die Schutzart IP66 bzw. NEMA 4X erreicht werden. Standardmäßig sind die Schutzfenster mit zwei Doppelbartverriegelungen ausgestattet. Auf Wunsch liefert FIBOX die Modelle auch mit Schlössern. QuickMOVE Evolution - We now have a Conveyor System that is smaller, lighter and much cheaper than the well-known System of QuickMOVE-. This is still sufficient for many applications. The principle is the same: We can reach every point in 3D-Environment.
Quick MOVE is modular and extremely flexible Technology driver. There are almost no restrictions for our conveyor system. The route can be horizontal, vertical, slanted or any curved route in space and the system can be installed in the tightest of spaces. The Quick MOVE conveyor system consists of an extruded aluminum profile as a guideway, which is made up of straight segments and curved segments. Trains made up of carriers and articulated rods run in the guideway. Transport units (workpiece carriers) of any design can be mounted onto the carriers at a distance of 200 mm. The trains are driven by motors with toothed belts that are decentrally mounted on the guideway. The conveyor system is controlled by simple PLC programming, which can be individually expanded and adapted to the respective application specifics. The number and position of the loading and unloading stations can be freely designed, the route is extremely flexible due to the small radii and the ability to be designed in three-dimensional space. Due to its modular design, the system can be easily assembled, modified or expanded.

QuickMove's Path to Sustainability - The "Re-Use" Project
At QuickMove, we have taken a significant step towards sustainability. Our "re-use" project has shown that it is possible to use almost 100% of an existing plant for a new project – a real breakthrough in our practice. After intensive work in vehicle production, we dismantled the old system, overhauled it and adapted it for a new project. This included the development of a new layout, the careful overhaul of critical components and the adaptation of transport units to dynamic requirements. With almost 100% reuse of the components, we are starting a new production phase in the summer. This project is proof that sustainability and innovation go hand in hand.

Rack and pinion drive
The combination of a milled dovetail profile and a screwed on toothed rack forms the rack and pinion drive Type SZA. The selectable gear ratios allows a use for every need. For example, you can adjust welding heads or measuring optics. On request different special versions are possible, please contact us.

Radar sensors for precise measurements
The compact radar sensors impress with their versatility in demanding environments and tight installation situations. With different aperture angles - ±3° (6°), ±7.5° (15°) or a particularly narrow ±1.5° (3°) - they offer maximum focussing for precise positioning tasks and reliable object detection. Thanks to measuring rates of up to 500 Hz, a measuring range of 0.3 m to 40 m and a measuring accuracy of up to ±0.1 mm, they enable a wide range of applications with state-of-the-art radar technology. Thanks to their intuitive operation, the sensors are easy to integrate into existing control concepts. Supported by a PROFINET interface, integrated web server and user-friendly tools, they create transparency in operation and simplify implementation.
