The P&F controller is mounted decentralized, close to the actuator along the material handling layout. It controls an actuator (solenoid, rotary magnet or similar) of the corresponding load trolley via an energy bus and databus system. Each P&F controller belonging to the conveying process will be controlled accordingly via an energy bus and a databus, which will be introduced in a standard wire (no hybrid wire). Several inputs for initiators, RS 485-input (e.g. for an RFID Antenna) and a hand controller ensure a flexible and an effortless installation.
Thanks to the integrated actuator-energy management the system energy is reduced. This makes the Power & Free all the more efficient, both for you and your customers.
