FMS Max is a further development of the tried-and-tested FMS transport system and can transport workpieces three times as heavy as the latter, namely loads of up to 700 kg per linear meter. It has been specially developed for serial assembly and production processes and is suitable for both manual and automated production processes. Thanks to its modular design, the system can be flexibly integrated into different line configurations.

Its high load capacity makes it the ideal solution for transporting heavy and large-volume components in demanding industrial environments.

The workpiece carriers or pallets are transported on accumulation roller chains, which enables a smooth and efficient material flow. The distance between these accumulation roller chains can be adjusted to the project-specific pallet size. This means that the transport system can be optimally adapted to individual customer requirements and offers versatility in a wide range of industrial environments.

The pallets can be stopped using pneumatic or electrically actuated stoppers, which are available in various sizes and with damping. Indexing and positioning units with high precision and repeat accuracy are available for automated processes with robots or processing machines.

In addition, all assembly lines of the FMS MAX system are compatible with the MiniTec aluminum profile system, which enables fast, modular and economical integration with other system solutions from our portfolio.
