EM-A Motor with IE5 efficiency-class

The EM-A series from Mitsubishi Electric combines the high energy efficiency of a permanent magnet synchronous motor with patented sensorless control. These motors achieve efficiency class IE5 for variable-speed drives and enable precise speed and position control without encoders. This reduces the risk of failure and minimizes maintenance. Thanks to their compact design, EM-A motors are up to 50% smaller and lighter than comparable asynchronous motors.
