The ALERT software is a flexible alerting tool for streamlining processes and increasing the profitability of automated systems. It offers efficient solutions for disfunction message forwarding in industry and building automation, among others – for smooth processes and optimized on-call planning.
ALERT supports the protocols OPC DA / AE / UA, BACnet, Modbus and MQTT, and communicates via specific connectors with industrial machines, visualization systems from various manufacturers and IoT environments.
Extensive, individual programming can be easily implemented using an integrated script editor to also connect other systems to ALERT. Thanks to many specially developed drivers, ALERT works perfectly with external devices and applications as with different communication systems. Furthermore, sophisticated on-call management functions provide ergonomic and effective escalation procedures.
Continuous product improvements and openness to a wide variety of structures promote Micromedia’s continuous growth. Since the German branch was founded in 2012, over 1000 licenses have been installed in Germany and the initial annual turnover has quadrupled.
