The AI Vision Sensors of the IV4-H series can be described by three key characteristics: easy setup, stable detection, minimal installation effort. The built-in AI automatically determines the optimal image settings, separates the target from the background, even when it is busy or changing. No high-contrast background or additional backlighting is required. Three AI tools are available: identifying objects in any position and orientation, OCR for angled, smudged or broken characters, and counting up to 999 items, even on moving lines. Built-in lighting with wide-angle and narrow-angle field-of-view options, an AI trigger without a separate trigger sensor, Power over Ethernet, IP67 protection and high-flex robot cables enable fast integration, even in harsh environments.
