Ultra Slim Safety Relays with semiconductor outputs MINOS
These ultra slim safety relays with a witdth of just 6 mm have one objective: To provide a modular, costoptimized safety solution, which reduces everything to the essential - wearless safe semiconductor outputs (MINOS SL series) or relay contacts for galvanically isolated switching (MINOS SD series) - high diagnostic via status and error LED´s - ultra slim - 6 mm - & cost efficient variants for numerous applications (for monitoring emergency stop buttons, safety doors and light curtains, as well as contact reinforcement of safe outputs (e.g. safe PLC outputs) to machines and plants) - up to PL e / Kat. 4 / SIL 3

HMI Visualization with PLC
The MVisio HMI is a Human Machine Interface which can be used as a Master/Slave or as an independent PLC. The HMI's allow to visualize, parameterize, manage and to control complex processes. For this various interfaces e.g. PROFINET I/O Master, Modbus TCP/RTU Master/Slave or Ethernet/IP are available. Now also with OPC UA protocol for your industry 4.0 application!

SCB Safety Timer
The SCB is a universally applicable safety timer, with which the moving parts of a machine or plant can be brought to a standstill quickly and safely. Depending upon the configuration, the safety outputs connect on-delay, off-delay or without delay independent of one another. A simple and accurate time parametrization is possible with a push/rotary button and the display. Extensive monitoring measures are indicated on the display with detailed error messages. Thus, the SCB not only offers the clear and simple functionality of a safety relay, but also the advantages of safety control devices. Additionally, the diverse outputs enable a safe shutdown of furnaces in continuous operation according to EN 50156-1 and EN 746-2. Umfangreiche Diagnosemaßnahmen werden durch detaillierte Fehlermeldungen über das Display signalisiert. Somit bietet das SCB neben der klaren und einfachen Funktionalität eines Safety Relais die Vorteile sicherer Steuerungen. Die diversitären Ausgänge ermöglichen zusätzlich ein sicheres Abschalten bei Feuerungsanlagen im Dauerbetrieb nach EN 50156-1 und EN 746-2.

RFID Safety Interlock Switch
Process-Protection for any Circumstances! ZCode-MZ is a coded tamperproofed safety switch for the process protection in machinery and plant engineering. The interlock switches series ZCode-MZ are using radio frequency (RFID) and magnetic technology, both principles need to be satisfied for the switch to operate safely. This redundant diverse structure provides the highest degree of anti-tamper, virtually impossible to override. It can only be activated by the corresponding actuator. The high-quality, different housing materials, stainless steel for ZCode-MZE as well as the highly specified plastic for ZCode-MZ allow the use in almost every environment, including the cleaning-intensive pharmaceutical and food technology. In addition, due to its resistance to chemicals, the process interlock is suitable for cleaning and sterilization in place (CIP & SIP). Suitable and certified for the highest safety standards according to EN ISO 13849-1, EN ISO 14119 and EN 62061.

Safe Coupling Relays
In the process industry safe coupling relays are often used for coupling safety related signals, for example output signals of a safe control system to the periphery. The use of simple relays would result in the interruption of the safety chain and therefore a safe shutdown in case of failure could not be guaranteed. This problem can be solved by using safe coupling relays. Redundantly built, self-monitoring coupling relays allow the standardized coupling of safety related signals up to SIL 3 / PL e. - Galvanically isolated coupling of digital 24V and 230V signals - Safe coupling of sensor signals, e.g. pressure switch to control unit - Contact multiplication with limited output power of the used contoller - Filtering of test pulses sent by the safety controller

Safety Relays SR-Series
With the safety relays of the SR series, Zander offers a series for the protection of humans as well as machines. They monitor the function of the connected safety sensors along with the wiring and function as power amplifiers for shutting down the connected power contactors or drives in a safe manner. All the safety relays of the SR series fulfill the requirements defined by the applicable standards, right from emergency stop and safety door monitoring to 2-hand applications to furnaces in continuous operations and are tested and certified by independent testing institutes such as TÜV-Rheinland, Underwriters Laboratories or DNV GL, RINA as well as CCC.

Compact Safety Controller
Compact safety controllers are applied in small- to medium-scale plants, where the use of conventional safety relays is economically not viable. The combination of safety functions of individual safety relays in only one device offers a flexible and cost-effective alternative. And this is exactly what TALOS® offers you. TALOS has already integrated programs for all common applications. The selection of the desired configuration as well as the parameterisation of individual functions such as delay times can be carried out quickly and easily directly on the device via the menu: - no complex programming work - quick and easy operation and commissioning without the need for any additional equipment such as a PC - integrated diagnosis avoids long trouble shooting and downtimes

Emergency Stop Switches
ZStop are Emergency Stop Switches mounted on machines and sections of plant conveyors that cannot be protected by guards. In combination with any dual channel safety relays or safety monitoring controllers, these switches can be used as emergency stop devices and monitored for up to Category 4/PLe to ISO13849-1. Types Zander offers the following types: - Compact plastic ZStop-S (3 pole) - Compact Stainless Steel ZStop-SE (3pole) - Stainless Steel ZStop-LE (4 pole) - Stainless Steel ZStop-LEL (4 pole with LED)

Safety Rope Switches
Large hazard zones, for which safety doors or emergency stop buttons cannot be used, have to be secured. An effective option is to use fencing ropes with safety rope switches. Examples are extended manufacturing islands or conveyor belts. The rope is fixed on both ends of the safety rope switches. In a hazard situation, the plant can be immediately locked and safely switched off by tugging at the tight rope. Even when there is a tear in the rope, the switches ensure immediate machine standstill. This condition remains locked till the reset pushbutton is pressed when the rope is under correct tension. Different variants are available for different rope lengths. An additional emergency stop key can be mounted on both sides of the switches. With the ZANDER assembly / rope tensioning system ZTK, the pre-tension of the rope can be easily set so that green arrows are visible in the display window of the safety rope switch. This simplifies the assembly, troubleshooting and maintenance procedures. Significant advantage of the ZANDER safety rope switches are the integrated monitoring options. A viewing panel shows the correct rope tension. If required this can be quickly and easily adjusted with our tensioning system. A big LED on the switches indicates the current operating status, which is visible from a large distance. If the LED is green, everything is OK; a red blinking light indicates that the machine has been stopped. For the food and chemical industry, we offer our switches and accessories even in stainless steel design. These are particularly suitable for harsh process conditions such as mines, heavy industry and maritime applications.
