Spectra GmbH & Co. KG announces the acquisition of ICP Deutschland GmbH. With this step, Spectra is specifically expanding its product and solution portfolio in the field of industrial PCs for industrial automation. The company Compmall had already been integrated into the company. With this further step, Spectra is consistently expanding its market position in the field of industrial PCs and automation solutions.

ICP Deutschland GmbH, based in Reutlingen, is an established provider of industrial computer solutions and components. With 30 years of experience in the industry, ICP stands for quality, reliability and innovation in the field of industrial computer solutions.

All ICP Germany employees will be retained and integrated into the Spectra team. The company is particularly pleased about the reinforcement in the area of business development: Harald Behnstedt, long-time managing director of ICP Germany, will be responsible for the further development of the business division together with Albin Markwardt.
