Your Responsibilities
– Independent management of the Modeling, Simulation, and Motion Control product group
– Creation of requirement specifications, market analyses, and roadmaps
– Interface with the development teams, sales, and marketing
– Development support, as well as acceptance and approvals
– Sales support, customer and trade fair visits
– Conception and implementation of marketing (advertising, trade fairs, sales kits)
– Conducting presentations and training sessions

What you bring with you
– Training in electrical engineering, automation, physics, computer science, or mechatronics
– Solid user knowledge of modeling and simulation of processes and process control, preferably with MATLAB/Simulink
– User knowledge of drives and motion control (motion control/servos)
– Experience in PLC programming (IEC61131 or C) desirable
– Communication and moderation skills
– German C1/English B1 or alternatively English C1
