Your tasks:
– You work on development projects (including project price negotiations)
– You process orders for mechanical drawing parts (inquiry, offer and order)
– You are responsible for supplier management including selection, maintenance and evaluation of manufacturers
– You conduct procurement market research and introduce second-source products
– You carry out supplier audits and work on quality issues
What you bring with you:
– Technical training (apprenticeship or HTL – specialization in mechanics/mechanical engineering/electrical engineering)
– Professional experience in a comparable job (e.g. purchasing, sales of mechanical products)
– Very good commercial understanding
– Negotiating skills, assertiveness, communication talent and structured approach
– Flexibility, commitment and enjoyment of working in a team
– Good MS Office knowledge, ERP knowledge an advantage
– Very good knowledge of German and English
