Responsibilities:
• Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers
• On-site appointments with customers to assess requirements and the current situation, as well as to present products and solutions (in Germany and neighboring countries)
• Optimization of current processes and process design using assistance systems for the entire internal logistics process
• Participation in trade fair visits
• Processing customer inquiries in the form of: offers, concept development, order confirmations, and license agreements
