EvoSIGNAL – the quick and easy way to create the perfect signalling system
Signal devices warn, guide and protect. Thanks to EvoSIGNAL by WERMA, it easier than ever before to find the right signal device: the simple, modular system covers almost all fields of application. EvoSIGNAL is the new standard solution for the signalling sector. Just three steps to find the optimum solution Customers are guided to the perfect product for their particular application in just a few steps – making the problems of incorrect purchases and time-consuming exchange processes a thing of the past. “With the help of our Quickfinder or our online configurator, it’s easy to put together the ideal signalling product. Three size categories and maximum flexibility There are three size categories (MINI, MIDI and MAXI) to choose from in combination with optical/acoustic signalling options and ingenious mounting adapters. These cover all types of application – and with significantly fewer variants. - EvoSIGNAL MINI offers ‘close-range’ solutions. This small signal device is ideal for signalling over short distances. - EvoSIGNAL MIDI was designed for signalling predominantly over medium distances and allows optical, optical-acoustic or purely acoustic signalling. - EvoSIGNAL MAXI covers long distances that require an attention-grabbing optical signal.

LED signal tower eSIGN - now also in white!
The eSIGN LED signal tower has already established itself in the industry - the unique signal tower is now also available in white! The beautifully designed, versatile eSIGN is a big step forward and a visible sign of the technological progress that WERMA is consistently promoting. With full-surface signalling, robust industrial design and strong features, it sets new standards. Whether in white or black - the eSIGN is a shining example of a signal tower with visibly more performance: more colours, more effects, more flexibility and more individuality! Thanks to electrical modules combined with the latest LED technology, various signalling modes with multiple colours, brightness levels and illuminated images can be implemented - from classic traffic light displays to fully customised settings. Variable fill level displays or full-surface signalling can also be easily implemented with this signal tower. This not only provides an overview of process sequences, but also opens up completely new possibilities for the user. Signalling technology has never been seen like this before It is fair to say that the eSIGN is the best signal tower that WERMA has ever developed. As the beautifully designed, unique signal tower is now also available with a white housing, it opens up even more application possibilities: In addition to clean rooms, it is predestined for use in electronics production, on white and light-coloured machines, pick-and-place machines or extraction systems. Its applications range from simple visual warnings or optical-acoustic alarms to status, fill level or fault indicators, material status or building security. The eSIGN also offers maximum flexibility with its two different sizes: 15 or 9 segments, with or without siren, standard 24 V version with configuration transfer via USB or with IO-Link technology.
LineLIGHT Fusion - Integrated signalling solution for modern machines and systems
With "LineLIGHT Fusion", WERMA Signaltechnik presents a new, fully integrable solution for machine and system manufacturers that blends seamlessly into the design of modern machines and systems. The innovative series combines the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics while at the same time fulfilling the desire for an efficient and safe solution at the workplace. At the same time, it becomes an aesthetically pleasing design element of the machine or system itself, which can also provide acoustic warnings if required. Function and design combined for maximum efficiency The LineLIGHT Fusion series integrates the display of machine statuses directly into the machine surface and is therefore ideal for machine and system manufacturers who value a consistent, appealing machine design. The smooth surface of the unique light module is flush with the machine housing and thus ensures a modern, clear and functional appearance. LineLIGHT Fusion therefore stands out from conventional, often retrofitted solutions and impresses as a visual unit within the machine housing. Another highlight: this unique signalling solution meets the strict requirements for hygiene and protection by minimising edges, where dirt can build up, and avoiding openings - ideal for hygienically sensitive production environments, as the ingress of dust and liquids into the interior of the machine is reliably prevented. Optimum visibility and maximum flexibility LineLIGHT Fusion ensures clear and reliable display of machine and operating statuses thanks to the homogeneous illumination of the elegant light body. The modules are flexible and customisable: they can be configured in 50 mm increments between 100 mm and 1,500 mm, catering for an enormously wide range of applications.
WERMA presents the compact MC 55 LED recessed beacon as a new touch version and with smart additional functions
The successful MC product family from WERMA impresses with up to seven colors in just one luminaire. The series is available in two different sizes and optionally with or without additional acoustics. Thanks to the high IP69K protection rating and UL approval for the US market, the MC range of beacons can also be used in extreme conditions worldwide. The MC55 series is now also available as a touch version with smart functions. Powerful, robust and compact product family in two sizes The MC series from WERMA is available in two sizes: the MC35 has a diameter of 35 mm and the MC55 measures 55 mm. Both LED lights offer up to seven colors - red, yellow, green, white, blue, violet and turquoise - in a single light. Alternatively, a tricolor version with the colors red, yellow and green is available. All models are also available with loud acoustics to attract additional attention. The lights are not only clearly visible from all sides, but also offer a long service life of up to 50,000 hours, making them particularly easy to maintain. They are also robust and designed for extreme operating conditions. Thanks to the high IP69K protection rating and UL approval for the US market, they can be used worldwide, including in food processing and other demanding industries. New variants with smart touch function WERMA is now expanding the compact MC series with two new models: the MC55 Touch and MC55 Touch Smart. Both variants offer additional smart functions such as status change by touch, acknowledgement and time-based escalation modes. This provides even more flexibility and smart solutions for industrial applications. The new products add an innovative touch function to the MC55 series and offer intelligent solutions for modern machine and system control: The new MC55 Touch offers three predefined colors red, yellow and green in just one light. The user can trigger a pulse signal by touching it and thus provide feedback to a control system.
Modern design meets optimum functionality: WERMA expands signal tower range with new "RST" product line
The new "RST" LED signal tower range from WERMA impresses with its modern, sleek appearance, outstanding performance and versatile application options. With its integrated design, it not only offers a sophisticated and appealing look, but also homogeneous illumination and optimum visibility of the illuminated signals in all directions. The aesthetic signal tower also impresses with sophisticated features, the compact, slim diameter of 57 mm, multiple mounting options and the extremely high degree of protection IP 66 / IP 69k. Signal towers in any size "We are delighted to be able to present our latest innovation," says Ralf Lattuch, Sales Manager at WERMA Signaltechnik. "It not only demonstrates our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in signaling technology, but also expands our existing signal tower range with an important product family in a new diameter." With a diameter of just under 60 mm, the RST signal tower is ideal for small to medium-sized machines, systems, control cabinets and apparatus engineering. "In addition to the existing, narrow KombiSIGN 40 and Kompakt 37 signal towers and our classic KombiSIGN 72 and eSIGN with a diameter of 70 mm, we now offer the RST signal tower with a diameter of 57 mm - a portfolio that leaves nothing to be desired," smiles Lattuch. Highly visible all round An outstanding feature of the new RST LED signal tower is its 360° visibility, so that the signals are clearly perceived in all directions. Regardless of the viewing angle, the signals are clearly recognizable and provide a reliable visual warning. The milky dome also creates a soft yet lively lighting effect, resulting in a homogeneous, appealing light pattern. This aesthetically pleasing yet functional appearance is ideal for modern machine design, for example in electronics manufacturing, semiconductor production, packaging machines and the food industry.
