Rothermundt is one of 13 partners in the Mulco Europe EWIV, a European business and interest group. The members of this group are regarded as pioneers in the field of polyurethane timing belt technology. 3D Print Service
We offer 3D printing with different materials such as fiber-reinforced filament or with biodegradable filament. We can also manufacture the individual cams for your toothed belt and weld them onto the belt.
Rithermundt Vacuum suction belt
Rothermundt Vacuum suction belt: Vacuum suction belts are mainly used in the packaging industry or wherever it is necessary to transport paper, thin sheet metal or glass as gently as possible. This transported goods are sucked onto the belts by the vacuum and transported to the destination. Since there is usually no standard form for these special belts, our highly flexible production can react to all requirements and produce a belt that is perfectly tailored to you. Thanks to modern robot technology, which supports the production of the vacuum suction belts here in-house, the possible manufacturing tolerances for the belts have meanwhile fallen significantly. We are particularly proud of the possibility of cutting through the tension members for the holes using a process we have developed, which delivers a similarly precise result as water jet cutting.

Rothermundt Cam Belt: Cams on toothed belts are used for a wide variety of tasks: for material transport, for actuating a mechanism, a sensor or much more. We can fulfill almost any wish in terms of shape, color, spacing and number of nocks. The strength of the connection point is enormously high. For a few years now, 3D printing has also found its way into this area and there is almost no cam shape that we cannot create according to your drawing and apply to the belt.

Rothermundt Belt with channels
Timing belts with a thicker coating or thicker back sometimes need transverse grooves so that they can fit better around the synchronizing pulley without being damaged.
