GESSbot Gb350
The GESSbot can be individually equipped with innovative superstructures according to customer requirements. This makes it unique and tailor-made for our customers. If necessary, we design, build and test the necessary custom attachments on our GESSbots, which are required for customer-specific solutions. GESSbot with Cobot
The GESSbot with cobot for different transport and handling tasks is able to perform different tasks at different machines and transfer stations. The system uses the integrated cobot camera for referencing as well as grippers for handling and the LiDAR scanners of the GESSbot for monitoring the environment. A high level of availability is therefore also guaranteed under changing conditions. The automatic change of gripper tools is realized via a change system. GESSbot with Z-Hub
With the GESSbot with lifting system, lifting movements of up to 300kg can be realized. A flexible stroke of up to 300mm can be realized. With corresponding passive transfer stations, customized load carriers can be picked up and can be picked up and placed down. By detecting the load carriers with the aid of the installed sensors and the interaction with the resource handling of the fleet control system, existing production processes can be optimized. The GESSbot with shelf has a loading area that can be used as loading area. The shelf is customizable. GESSbot with Roller Conveyor
The GESSbot roller conveyor has a width of 935 mm and can be adjusted using the insertion rails. The length is designed for transporting 2x R-KLT 6415. The locking mechanism with a metal plunger and the recognition of the transfer stations ensure reliable KLT transfer is guaranteed. GESSbot with Wagon Transport
The GESSbot trolley transporter is able to independently pick up GESSMANN trolleys, take them away and return them to their destination. During transportation, the trolley is securely connected to the GESSbot during transportation. Your goods can be transported on the trolley on a Euro pallet, in a pallet cage or in other containers. GESSbot ORSY®mat
The GESSbot Gb350 handles internal transports quickly and cost-efficiently. Equipped with integrated sensors, it maps its surroundings, follows predefined routes, stops at workstations and charging stations, and reliably signals obstacles. Companies benefit from seamless integration of automated production processes and intelligent material logistics – faster, more efficient, and error-free. The ORSY®mat optimizes material dispensing directly at the workstation. In combination with the GESSbot, the mobile dispensing unit can automatically deliver materials, relieve employees, and efficiently manage material flow in production. In the future, the units will be installed on autonomous frames powered inductively by the GESSbot – allowing a single AGV to transport multiple units and deploy them flexibly.
