Laser Marking System XXL-Box
The XXL box: Automation made easy The XXL-Box laser marking system is a cost-effective and flexible solution for integration into fully automated production lines and robot cells. The laser marking system is fully controllable by the customer's PLC setup and has a special robot mode for use with industrial robots to pic and place the workspace inside the box. This workspace is available in three different widths from 800 to 1600 mm and can optionally be equipped with an integrated two- or three-axis system, which enables the marking head to be quickly placed in the working area under software control and markings to be carried out at different points and at different levels.
Integrated Laser i104
The integrated laser solution i104 with modular principle The integrable laser i104 is designed for installation in industrial production systems. This laser marking system creates high-quality markings with very short cycle times and can mark all materials including steel and titanium alloys. It is also suitable for plastics. This laser system is supplemented by individual housing devices that are specially designed and constructed for your application. The i104 laser marking system marks alphanumeric characters, 1D and 2D data matrix codes, graphics and logos with a high degree of precision and contrast. The compact dimensions of the marking head enable easy installation and it is controlled by a PLC system. The laser is available in three power versions, 20W, 30W and 50W.

TagMark
The TAGMARK LASER is a complete automated system that will allow you to mark automatically complete batches of tags, on a single workstation, secured and synchronized with your own data. The tags feed can therefore be done via one or two routes if you have two different sizes of plates. Tags are marked in series and automatically, without the need for an operator. The marking can also be done individually if desired. The TAGMARK LASER is equipped with an i104 EASY laser machine with a 20W fibre laser source. Other powers are available for deeper marking or higher speed. The laser marking area is secured in a Class 1 certified enclosure. The enclosure is equipped with a viewing window.
FIT Funnel Integrated Technology
The FIT LASER is a compact, all-in-one solution that combines all the necessary components and protective devices for marking components directly on your production line in a simple, safe, and cost-effective way. This fully integrated marking unit was specifically designed to meet the demands of modern manufacturing processes. Weighing only 13 kg, the FIT LASER is particularly compact and easy to integrate. Connection to your system control system is via a single Profinet, Profibus, or Ethernet IP connection, significantly simplifying commissioning and saving time. The FIT LASER meets the requirements of laser class 1. To protect bystanders, the laser beam is enclosed in a radiation-tight tunnel. The marking field is available in various sizes, including 30 × 30 mm, 50 × 50 mm, 60 × 30 mm, and 100 × 30 mm – other sizes are available upon request. A mechanical compensation system integrated into the system ensures consistently high marking quality – without the need for sensitive electronic autofocus solutions. It compensates for positioning deviations of the robot arms, tolerance fluctuations of the workpieces, and variations in component dimensions. This ensures the ideal focus distance is always maintained and the marking is precise and reliable. To ensure continuous and trouble-free operation of the FIT LASER, even under demanding production conditions, the system features special protective features such as access to the protective glass of the lens and an integrated extraction system for smoke and fine dust particles. This equipment ensures a long service life and minimizes maintenance requirements and downtime.
L-MOOV
The L-MOOV, a fully safe Class 1 portable laser marking machine, is designed to meet even the highest industry demands thanks to its unique patented system. The L-MOOV laser marking machine is versatile for a wide range of workpieces and allows effortless marking of your products thanks to its flexibility and adaptability. Using laser technology, the L-MOOV mobile laser marker produces high-contrast, aesthetic markings. It enables the marking of various content such as alphanumeric text, logos, and 1D/2D codes. Its high-quality marking ensures optimal readability of your data matrix and QR codes.
e-MARK EVO
The E-MARK EVO is a portable, cordless, all-in-one dot peen marking machine capable of marking all types of materials, from plastic to treated steel, up to 62 HRC. The E-MARK EVO marking gun has a 36V Li-Ion battery offering up to 3 hours of battery life, and comes with two batteries, a storage case, and a fast charger, allowing for continuous work. This portable marking machine has three interchangeable face plates, adapting to all industrial environments. Thanks to its micro-percussion technology and tungsten carbide stylus, it guarantees durable and unalterable marking of your text, logos, and 2D Datamatrix codes. In addition, its booster option allows for even deeper and more visible marking after painting or surface treatment.
