WE CONNECT HUMAN ACTIONS WITH IO-LINK
Our IO-LINK products offer a smooth entry into this field. You can quickly integrate these products into your existing environment using standardized M12 plugs. Our control and signaling units are easy to connect and individually parameterize, giving you countless possibilities. With the TILTED DIAMOND+ and E-BOX versions of IO-LINK, you are equipped today for tomorrow’s challenges.

HAPTICS MEETS TOUCHSCREEN
The haptic FLEXSCAPE operating elements provide a tactile user experience for touch applications and are positioned on a sealed touchscreen surface without cut-outs or holes. You decide on the number of elements and the positions you want. FLEXSCAPE increases both operating comfort and safety with a combination of tactility and haptics. The technology can be customized to suit your own requirements and circumstances. So nothing stands in the way of a unique operating experience.

E²MS – Electronic Engineering and Manufacturing Services
There are plenty of electronics manufacturers. However, there are only a few companies which cover the whole EMS process from development to logistics. As one of the leading E2MS suppliers, RAFI is among them. Thanks to our international network of expertise with locations in Germany, Hungary, and China, and our competence as a system supplier, we handle even the most demanding orders quickly, reliably, and flexibly. You can rely on RAFI for comprehensive industry knowledge and concentrated engineering expertise. Cooperating closely with you, we bring groundbreaking concepts and innovative ideas into series production.

RAMO Pushbutton Series
The new RAFI series with mounting hole diameters of 22.3 and 30.3 mm is perfect for simple integration in your application. This is ensured even where space is tight, thanks to the low overall height and mounting depth, as well as the RAMO EDGE mounting bracket which you can use to assemble the operating elements and indicators directly on profiles without an additional housing. The Plug & Play M12 terminal enables secure and flexible assembly with an efficient use of both cabling and working time. And that’s not all: With the RAMO T key switches, the built-in RAFI MICON 5 tactile switch ensures high switching reliability and distinctive tactility. We combine industry standards with innovative technology. So you save time and costs.

MICON 5 - DER KLEINE MIT DEM GROSSEN KLICK
Small switch with large impact: The tactile switches of the MICON 5 family convince with an extraordinary tactile feedback. The integrated gold contacts guarantee reliable key operation. Thanks to the increased IP protection class, MICON 5 S (Sealed) tactile switches can be used on printed circuit boards that are made robust against environmental influences or contamination by using potting, dip coating or conformal coating. In combination with the extensive range of accessories, the MICON 5 becomes a universal solution for almost all applications. Various lengths, designs and variants with illumination options are available. - Special tactile feedback - SMT or THT version - Automatic assembly - Various actuation forces - Accessories range with plungers and key caps

E-STOP - Reliable Emergency Stop actuators from RAFI
Emergency stop or e-stop control components are a dime a dozen: small, large and round, rugged for harsh environments and design-oriented for a coherent machine image. No matter what you are looking for – reliability has to be the top priority. This is why you should not compromise on quality to save money. Of course, the same applies to all control and signaling devices, but especially to the emergency stop/e-stop. Otherwise you could be in trouble if there’s an emergency. So when selecting the manufacturer, pay attention to experience and product quality. Respected brands, such as RAFI, will offer you a wide range of emergency stop actuators to choose from. Detailed technical data helps make the decision easier – in RAFI’s case you will find these in the eCatalog.

E-BOX XL
The E-BOX XL is an advanced solution for industrial applications that require a flexible, compact and powerful controller. As a further development of the tried-and-tested E-BOX, the XL version expands the possibilities in machine and plant construction, robotics and automation as well as intralogistics with a larger selection of operating elements and configuration options in a slimline housing. With space for up to six operating elements, the E-BOX XL fits seamlessly into different machine designs while offering reliable operating options for demanding environments. The E-BOX XL is available in two versions - MODULAR and IO-LINK - to optimally cover specific requirements. The compact design is matched to 40 mm aluminum profiles and is available in different housing lengths in order to adapt the operating solution optimally to the respective application. Thanks to its IP 65 protection, robust design and modern features such as IO-Link parameterization and M12 connection for additional sensors and actuators, the E-BOX XL is ideally equipped for industrial use and offers a solution that is both technically and visually impressive.

SAFETY TOUCH
A new era of safe machine operation has begun: Touch technologies now combined with safety functions especially for DIN EN ISO 13849 (PLd) and DIN EN ISO 25119 (AgPLd). Capacitive touchscreen systems are ideal for displaying a wide range of functions, input fields, and status indications in a variable and application-specific way. Compared to electromechanical input technology, the combination of display and input system enables far more variable operating surfaces with a greater number of functions, plus intuitive operation. This reduces the number of electromechanical switches that otherwise have to be installed in the control consoles of mobile agricultural, construction, or forestry machines. This enables slimmer and more user-friendly control systems.
