MP-SENSOR is a German family business – developing, manufacturing and distributing high-quality pressure, inclination and flow sensors as well as vacuum ejectors.
Our motivation is to develop innovative products with the latest technologies and to provide the perfect sensor for your specific application. We mainly focus on the areas of pressure, inclination and rotation.

P.Touch - Pressure Sensor
The pressure sensors of the brand new P.Touch series enable reliable measurement of process pressures in industrial environments. The innovative operating concept with a lengthwise installed touch screen and a virtual scroll wheel raises industrial sensors for the first time to a completely new level in terms of simplicity and intuition in operation. The multitude of possibilities that this opens up give the Industry 4.0 claim of the new P.Touch series a new dimension. On the one hand, the TFT display with 160x80 pixels enables the plain text display of the menu items and, if required, a lot of additional information on a single screen. On the other hand, the operation by touch screen ensures an intuitive and simple operating concept. The stainless steel housing and the geometrically protected glass display result in a minimalistic, aesthetically pleasing and extremely compact & robust design. The absence of mechanical operating elements ensures a high degree of wear resistance. This patent-pending design makes it possible to achieve this compactness in a pressure sensor with display. The lengthwise arranged display and the electrical M12 connection "in line" allow installation in the tightest of spaces. The key features of the P.Touch series at a glance: - Various pressure ranges between 0...600 bar - TFT touch display for pressure indication and switching point adjustment - Quick change of switching points by the virtual scroll wheel - Configurable outputs (digital or analog) and process value transmission via IO-Link - Display / housing can be rotated by 350° after mounting the process connection - Convenient parameterization via IO-Link using PC or IO-Link master The P.Touch series is ideally suited for almost any application, for example, for controlling the pressure in hydraulic systems, monitoring the coolant supply or process pressure measurement on injection molding machines.

InLine - Pressure Sensor
Simpler... Smaller... Faster... Cheaper... These are the trends in product innovations, and most of the time they do not come in packs of 4. With the InLine it is the case! With our brand-new INLINE pressure and vacuum sensor, we enable shortest installation times and minimal effort during assembly. No connection thread is necessary anymore, just cut the hose, put INLINE in between, done. The ultra-compact design and feather-light weight require no additional fastening. Thus, the INLINE is predestined for applications in the field of vacuum lifting technology, e.g. in relation to a robot arm. The new product family covers pretty much all applications with its 3 variants: - Switch with adjustment by a potentiometer: The direct PNP switching output can be adjusted in the simplest way by means of a potentiometer - Switch with IO-Link: Instead of a potentiometer, the switch points and many other parameters can be adjusted via IO-Link - Transmitter: Sensor with analog output (voltage or current) The sensor is available in various pressure ranges between -1...12 bar, the push-in connections are designed for 4 / 6 / 8 and 10 mm pneumatic hoses, the electrical connection is either an M8 plug outlet or a fixed cable with an open cable end.

Flexible Parameterization In IO-Link mode, the F08-M1 offers extensive parameterization options for maximum adaptability. If not connected to an IO-Link master, the sensor can function as a traditional signal transmitter or switch.

PICO-02 - Pressure sensor
Highly Flexible Pressure and Vacuum Sensor with Rotatable Display and Keypad - Enhanced Flexibility with IO-Link: Enables seamless integration and easy configuration. - Rotatable Display: Ensures optimal readability in any installation position. - Digital Display and Status LEDs: Clear visualization of measurements and operational status. - Simple Programming: Intuitive and menu-driven operation. - Independent Control: No external control unit (e.g., PLC) required. The PICO-02 directly or indirectly controls actuators via two completely independent transistor switching outputs, each capable of handling loads up to 250 mA, eliminating the need for additional control units. Compact and Lightweight Design Thanks to its compact and lightweight construction, the PICO-02 is perfectly suited for applications in vacuum lifting technology, valve control, and other space-critical environments.
