Products & services

Development
Our services cover all stages of electronics development, from the concept to the production-ready product. We have been working here for many years for well-known companies in the industrial environment, who like to use us as an "extended workbench" for the development of their electronics. The areas in which we have outstanding qualifications and many years of experience in electronics development include sensor technology, analogue and digital measurement and control electronics, embedded programming and Internet communication via Ethernet. If we take on both the development and manufacture of your product for you, we consider the continuous further development of the product and the associated test equipment to be a matter of course in order to guarantee a high standard of quality and an optimum price/performance ratio. Hardware Circuit diagram and layout creation Experience in the creation of analogue and digital assemblies High-speed design Circuit development/simulation Prototype construction Software Firmware, drivers, embedded programming, Linux, network Web development (HTTP, PHP, SQL) Commissioning and functional testing Documentation Series production Since customer projects are of course treated confidentially, you can only find examples of developments in our product range. All products from our delivery program are developed and produced in-house.

System / device construction
Thanks to our complete range of services, we are able to process high-quality and complex electronic systems. This includes assembly through to the finished device, final electrical and functional inspection and despatch. This enables us to carry out the complete logistical management of your assembly. A final electrical inspection is possible if test equipment is provided. Alternatively, we are also happy to develop these in co-operation with you. We consider comprehensive documentation and logging of the entire production process (e.g. assembly of the individual components, programming, assembly test, system construction and assembly, system test and parameterisation) to be a matter of course. This is the only way to guarantee a high quality standard and corresponding traceability.

embedded device - eNetVario
The embedded device series eNetVario is small, efficient and designed for industrial use. The metal housing is extremely robust and can be used both as a desktop housing and for top-hat rail mounting in accordance with EN 60 715. We use Debian Linux as the operating system, which has been adapted to the hardware-specific device features (BSP). M2M communication takes place via sockets or the network interfaces using TCP/IP and MQTT, alternatively also via a JSON REST API. The Mosquitto MQTT broker and the Node-RED programming environment are pre-installed and ready for immediate use. You can find detailed information on this in our online documentation. The core components of the device are the embedded module eNetMaxi with the carrier card MKC1502. This is available in a different assembly variant as a reference design (eNetEval.1502) for your own developments. The eNetVario has two Ethernet ports (10/100Mbit), several serial and USB interfaces. In addition, up to 6 process I/O boards can be integrated into the device. This flexible design of analog and digital I/O in conjunction with intelligent pre-processing means that inexpensive devices for a maximum of 24 sensors/actuators can be supplied for many areas of application. Power is supplied directly via the network cable in accordance with the IEEE802.3af standard (Power over Ethernet, PoE). A conventional power supply is not necessary, but can be used as an alternative.

embedded device - eNetCube
With the eNetCube device series, you can record, control and monitor sensors and actuators up to IP55 environmental conditions via the network. This flexible system is made possible by the consistent use of our eNetMini modules, which are expanded in the device with a wide variety of interfaces. Communication takes place via TCP/IP Ethernet using MQTT or a JSON REST API. The integrated homepage enables complete parameterization of the device and can be customized. You can find detailed information on this in our online documentation. Power is supplied directly via the network cable in accordance with the IEEE802.3af standard (Power over Ethernet, PoE). The robust and elegant housing enables top-hat rail mounting in the control cabinet, use as a desktop device or as an attachment for tripod mounts with a 1/4" inch thread. All devices can be operated directly in your network environment without registration, app or cloud connection. This offers the highest possible protection for your data.

embedded device - eNetIO
The eNetIO remote I/O device provides you with various process I/O and is supplied in a robust housing for top-hat rail mounting in accordance with EN 60 715. Power is supplied directly via the network cable in accordance with the IEEE802.3af (Power over Ethernet, PoE) standard. A conventional power supply is not necessary, but can be used as an alternative. The device family is available in housing variants (-1, -2, -4 and -8). This flexible design of analog and digital I/O in conjunction with intelligent pre-processing means that inexpensive devices for connecting a maximum of 30 sensors/actuators can be supplied for many applications. This offers the highest possible protection for your data.

embedded device - eNetMini.2105
The different versions of the eNetMini.2105 device provides you with a lot of onboard environmental sensors. It's using the Bosch Sensortec and TI family environmental sensors, to integrate high linearity and high accuracy sensors for gas, pressure, humidity, temperature and ambient light. To detect changes in infrared radiation which occur when there is movement by a person (or object) which is different in temperature from the surroundings the device uses an Panasonich passive infrared sensor. The voltages required in the device are extra-low voltage (<60 volts DC). For this reason, contact protection is not required. However, should this be necessary, the use of the optional housing may be an option. If you are not satisfied with the form and function of the case, you will find all the data you need to modify and print it on Github.

capacitive liquid sensor
Our capacitive liquid sensor offers precise and reliable level measurement of liquids directly on the medium. Developed as a replacement for mechanical sensors, it enables precise monitoring of a wide range of liquids in various applications. The sensor is specially designed for measuring the level of liquids in contact with the medium. It has a specially shaped tip that ensures optimised dripping of the liquids. The sensor is already preset for use with distilled water. The switching threshold can be easily adapted to other liquids using a potentiometer. We offer flexible customisation options for the sensor to meet your individual requirements. Do you need a different output configuration, a customised cable or a different connector? Switching distance: Touch Hysteresis: 0.1 to 1.5 mm Operating voltage: 12 to 32V direct current Residual ripple: ≤ 10% Current consumption: ≤ 10mA Load current: maximum 50mA Voltage drop: maximum 1.5V Switching frequency: 100Hz Reverse polarity protection Thermal overload protection Ambient temperature: 0 to 60°C Storage temperature: -40 to 85°C Display: Yellow LED Protection class: IP65
