Stepper motors
Stepper motors as permanet magnet or hybrid stepper motors are essential for modern technologies. Their unique ability to rotate in fixed increments allows them to be used in a variety of applications. Stepper motors have a comparatively high torque as a direct drive and can be easily controlled. This precise control combined with its reliability and efficiency makes it the first choice in many high-tech applications. Advantages of our stepper motors: • Great powers • High starting torque as a direct drive • Precise positioning and repeatability of movement • High holding torque • Simple control • Compact, robust design • Long lifetime • Flexible customizable Our stepper motors are available in different motor designs and tailor-made adaptations • Single or double shaft • Motor length 1-4 or 5 stack • Protection class IP 40 - IP 67 • With plug or cable outlet • Winding and torque • Step angle • Lifetime • Mechanical interfaces

Linear actuators
Linear actuators are used, among other things, for lifting, lowering, positioning and for opening and closing valves. Essentially anywhere linear motion is needed - in machines, devices and automation. Advantages of our linear actuators: • Great strength, high resilience • Long lifetime • High positioning accuracy • Simple control • Low noise • Compact, efficient and reliable • Flexibly adaptable for a variety of areas of application e.g. with nut-spindle combinations: Cost-effective solutions with injection moldet nuts for trapezoidal spindles or versions with ball screw Linear actuators are available • in different motor versions (external, non-captive, captive (C) and captive (K)), • with custom-specific adaptations (angle, torque, insulation classes, step angle, service life, mechanical interfaces, ...) as well as • with customer-specific attachments (guides, linear rails, ...) and • other options (spindle geometry, integrated control, anti-backlash groove, ...)

Vibration motors
Vibration motors are used when haptic-sensory feedback needs to be provided in a simple and cost-effective way. This makes them a good addition to human-machine interfaces. In lane and side guard assist systems, vibration motors protect human lives. Advantages our vibration motors: • Simple control via DC voltage and PWM • A variety of feedback can be achieved with one motor • Easy adjustment to the correct working point • Cost-effective design • Ideal for battery operation • Foamable models available The vibration motors are available • in different motor versions (unencapsulated with oscillating weight, encapsulated with or without anti-twist protection, waterproof foamed), • in different motor technologies (iron armature, bell rotor, sonic motors), • with or without slide bearings, • with one- or two-sided oscillating weight and • with various connections (connectors, soldering pads, free wires,...). In addition, tailor-made adaptations (winding, haptics, torque, tightness, service life, ...) and customer-specific add-on parts are possible.

AC motors
AC asynchronous motors can be found in many different applications - be it in industry, transport or even in private households. Single- or three-phased, designed in different sizes, AC synchronous motors are characterized by their simple and robust build. As long-term runners, they require very little maintenance, are long-lasting and cost-effective . Advantages of our AC motors: • Robust, low-maintenance design • Very cost-effective • Long lifetime • Easy control • Low noise • Compact design and different rotation directions • Can be combined with a variety of gearboxes as well as with speedometer and brakes

KannMOTION - Servo motors with integrated controller
KannMOTION is a powerful drive with integrated control. “Customized” is not just a buzzword for KannMOTION. Due to its modular principle, only what the customer’s application really needs is integrated. KannMOTION drives are therefore perfectly tailored to the customer requirements. Thanks to its easy handling, high flexibility and optimized costs, the KannMOTION impresses in a variety of areas of application: whether in mechanical engineering, agricultural technology, locking systems or in portable battery-powered tools - the KannMOTION drives cut a fine figure everywhere.

Controllers
Controls are available in different versions for a wide variety of motor technologies. They have a variety of interfaces for controlling the drives. They can often be integrated into existing fieldbus systems and thus become an essential part of modern machines and systems. Advantages of our controlls: • Excellent running properties • Compact design • Support of common bus systems • Easy integration into existing systems • Single and multi-axis systems • Programmable as stand-alone solutions • Variety of supported motor technologies

Frameless Motors
Frameless motors have only two main components - stator and rotor - in common with conventional motors. This is a decisive advantage when it comes to tailor-cut design and individual integration into customer-specific systems. Due to the direct integration into machines or device assemblies and the hollow shaft concept with cable, compressed air, vacuum, fiber optic and laser feedthroughs, frameless motors require very little space. At the same time, they are highly efficient and durable and run stably and reliably in quiet operation. The KOCO MOTION motors are characterized by an immediate peak torque of up to 2400 Nm, a maximum motor speed of up to 900 rpm and a high level of user-friendliness. The frameless motors are also highly precise. They are backlash-free during high-precision and high-speed operations and have an extremely high level of positioning accuracy. KOCO MOTION supports and advises on the optimal design and integration of the modularly configurable frameless motors into customer systems. Since the compact motors are used in a wide variety of industries, such as robotics, mechanical engineering, packaging technology, semiconductor manufacturing or medical technology, it is important to precisely adapt and select all the necessary motor components. This is the only way to really get the best out of the frameless motor.
