About us
EXTRA Computer GmbH is a medium-sized IT manufacturer offering products such as PCs, notebooks, servers, industrial PCs, rugged tablets, touch computers, panel PCs, cloud services, and much more. The products are sold to qualified specialist retailers and system houses under the brands exone, Pokini, and Calmo. Many systems are individually configured and built according to customer requirements. The owner-managed company, based in Giengen an der Brenz, was founded in 1989 and has over 180 employees.

High-quality components such as the industrial mainboards from our German partner Kontron and our in-house development, assembly, and quality control departments at our site in Giengen an der Brenz (Baden-Württemberg) make our embedded industrial PCs, 19" rack solutions, and panel PCs some of the most reliable industrial hardware on the market. With our durable systems, you can achieve secure 24/7 continuous operation throughout the year, even under the toughest conditions such as extreme temperatures, high dust levels, humidity, or contaminated ambient air. Thanks to the combined expertise of our experts in one place, we can offer not only high-quality hardware but also all related services. We support you from project planning to any repairs and individual product development. Quality is our top priority, and we strive to live up to the “Made in Germany” label in the best possible way. Calmo S
The Calmo S is our modular and space-saving industrial system for production, automation, and control technology. Despite its smart and high-quality housing design, it is equipped with sufficient interfaces and thus offers the necessary connectivity for professional industrial applications. Even in harsh and dusty environments, it is a fail-safe companion that we can equip with embedded or desktop CPUs, PCI and PCIe plug-in cards, as well as various memory configurations and power supplies, according to customer requirements. The Calmo BIG is a powerful industrial box PC designed for demanding and continuous use. Thanks to its robust construction and flexible features, it is ideal for modern automation and control environments.
Calmo UNI Entry
The Calmo UNI Entry is a compact, actively cooled industrial PC, ideal for control processes, automation, and digital signage. Thanks to low-maintenance electronics and Intel Embedded CPUs, it is particularly reliable and flexible in use. Its versatile housing allows for different mounting options, while optional WLAN, 4x RS232, and PCIe plug-in cards enable additional customization.
