Adjustment slides
The ERO adjustment slides of the VS series are dovetail slides made of aluminum with maximum strokes (in the standard version) of 5 - 75 mm (depending on the size), which are manufactured in one, two or three-axis versions. The adjustment slides are available in 4 different types Their characteristics are the extensive opportunities of combinations and add-on options fore example 6 different clamping opportunities. A lasered scale on the side or a mechanical position display are standard options. If you like, you can get a customized adjustment slide for example with customized length.

XY-stages
At XY-stages Series RQ the two sliding parts (interior- and exterior part) are supported by cross rollers. This shows positive effects to the frictional property and precision. The sliding parts can be produced in grey cast iron (standard). Other materials upon request. The XY-stages are available with one or two axis.

Guide Rails
ERO-Führungen offers you standard and also customized guides. They are produced at our company in the black forest. Thus are individual lengths, individual mounting holes and individual widths no problem for us. The guides are used at movement, processing and positioning tasks. Linear slides

Precision Z Stage
The precision Z stage Type SMH consists of 3 Slide parts with a dovetail profile. The wedge-shaped interior part enables height strokes of 1.0 - 20.0 mm as standard. Micrometer knurl, handwheel or ball cranks can be used for adjustment. For example, you can adjust assembly units or measurement setups. On request different special versions are possible, please contact us.

Rotary table
The rotary tables from ERO-Führungen are compact but very precise. The external dimensions of the MRT and MORT rotary tables are identical. They are produced at our company in the black forest. Thus, are individual lengths, individual mounting holes and individual widths no problem for us. The rotary tables are used at movement, processing, and positioning tasks. Motoric linear slides
The motoric linear slides from ERO-Führungen are divided into three groups: linear stages, miniature linear stages, and flat linear stages. Linear stages are based on mechanical linear slides and are therefore available in these types of bearings: cross rollers, needle rollers, coated guides, dovetail, and profile rail guides. The miniature linear stages are very compact and are available in 3 different versions (spindle-, toothed belt, and eccentric drive). The flat linear stage is very space saving because of spindle mounted at the side. And so, he has got a low height, even as cross table.

Linear Axis
The linear axes of ERO Führungen are divided into 3 sizes: 1000, 2000 and 3000. The ERO Speed is based on a extruded aluminum profile. They are supported by profile rail guides, but can be moved by different drives. The drive types are: spindle drive (KGT), toothed belt drive, rack and pinion drive, linear motor and eccentric drive. The stroke lengths can usually be individually adapted to customer requirements. Motor and coupling flange can be individually adapted to your customer requirements. Goniometer table
The goniometer table is perfect for angle adjustments of any kind. With its three possible designs (with cross roller guides, with milled dovetail profile, and with sintered dovetail profile), it is well-equipped for any application. Rotary plates
ERO-Führungen offers you standard and also customized rotary plates. The turntables can be classified under accessories for slide guides or adjustable slides, but can also be used for other applications. With existing mounting holes or to customer requirements. Liner Unit
The Liner Unit is a high-speed, high-power linear drive unit based on an adaptation of the cam mechanism. Powered by a servomotor, and featuring a new mechanism that rotates a screw-shaped cam, the Liner Unit travels along a linear rail, enabling high-speed, long-distance conveyance of heavy loads impossible with conventional mechanisms such as robots. Even in the long stroke specification that is difficult to cope with other devices, it can be easily used just by connecting the rail. In addition, since the drive rail and servo motor are placed on a coaxial platform, space saving is achieved and load balance is excellent.

The Roller Cam Principal
Mechanism The RollerDrive mechanism mainly consists of an input shaft and output turret with embedded roller followers. A cross-roller bearing works to support the output turret with minimal run out. Preloaded roller followers contact the input rib surfaces with a wedge-shaped cross section. This can be adjusted my moving the input axis, which in turn eliminates backlash completely – meaning superior precision and rigor for CW and CCW rotation; as displayed in the diagram to the right. Even with preload and zero-backlash, the needle bearing type roller followers transmit power by rolling rather than sliding. This allows the RollerDrive to achieve an outstanding efficiency of 90% or more. RollerDrive guarantees a lifetime of wear-free durability. All parts are made from only qualified alloy steels; machined and ground with our ultra-precision machining system. Perpetual Precision The unique mechanism of the RollerDrive allows the RollerDrive CNC to withstand years of operation without compromised performance. This means no internal part wear and no loss of precision. Regular calibration and readjustment is unnecessary when you choose the RollerDrive CNC. RollerDrive - MR Series: World's smallest zero-backlash positioner
World's smallest zero-backlash positioner With the RollerDrive MR Series, a motor is mechanically reduced while maintaining, and stability. An output motion faithful to input control commands can be attained by achieving zero-backlash with our unique preloaded mechanism. This is a revolutionary Ultra Small FA motion control unit, which combines rolling transmission for high-efficiency and elimination of wear, an orthogonal layout of input and output axes for greater compactness, and standard features like a hollow shaft for greater ease-of-use. Ultra small, zero backlash positioner Ultra small speed reducer that eliminates backlash with its own adjustable preload on the roller gear cam and roller follower. Maintenance free Since there is no deterioration in the precision of the internal parts due to aging, and the unit has excellent durability, there is no need for periodic calibration or adjustment. RollerDrive - RGV Series
The roller drive is the ultimate rotary high-performance positioning device that applies a roller gearcam mechanism in a structure with excellent precision, rigidity, and durability. We have developed a variety of product types specialized for each application, such as high torque for medium-duty driving and high rigidity for improving processing quality. They are active in a wide range of applications such as positioning shafts for machines, cross-section polishing devices for liquid crystal glass substrates, robots for transporting large glass substrates, and positions for large welding machines.

Sandex: Alpha Series
They make things turn, move along, align, and stop. Cams can create every kind of movement, from simple to complex, without the need for any other program of control. They do not cause vibration during motion or result in residual vibration, and they facilitate high-speed positioning at low energy expenditure. This, the most reliable mechanical element, makes motion control possible. In the field of industrial automation machinery, various types of cams have been used intensively, from ancient times. Indexing cam devices, in particular, have the desirable features of high speed, great rigidity, high precision, and compact shape, so these are widely used in various types of automated machines. Sankyo Seisakusho has combined a roller gear cam and a cam follower, to develop the first-in-Japan indexing cam mechanism we call Sandex. Since that innovation, it has been applied to provide highly precise and efficient positioning for such devices as inspection, assembly and filling machines. The Alpha Series is an all-in-one indexing drive package complete with a cost-effective shaft-mounted gearmotor on a low-profile housing. After reviewing the design, this indexing drive has been made more user-friendly by building on the roller gear cam mechanism found in all of our SANDEX products, which have set high production records.

RollerDrive: RA Series
The RA Series is a zero-backlash reducer designed for small to medium-size FA applications. It delivers high accuracy, rigidity, and speed. The RA is suitable for equipment that demand motions with a high level of accuracy and speed.
Sandex - ECO Series
The ED Series represents a new concept for motion control units, combining cam and motor control technology into a small footprint. This revolutionary concept delivers accuracy and flexible performance in a tightly integrated package. The ED series allows you to program a cam indexer with flexible, stable motion patterns with the same ease of controlling a motor. The package is perfect for benchtop production lines without using excessive drive equipment.
LinerUnit
The Liner Unit is a high-performance linear drive unit based on an adaptation of the Roller Drive principle. The Liner Unit is driven by a servo motor and thus achieves high accelerations and speeds. The carriage moves along a linear rail, enabling long-distance transport of loads of different weights that is not possible with conventional mechanisms. Even for long strokes that are difficult to achieve with other devices, the Liner Unit can be easily used by simply connecting additional rails. Since the drive rail and servo motor are placed axially, space is saved and the load distribution is excellent.
