CTratio – fiber-optic ratio thermometer
Optris CTratio – Precision under Extreme Conditions The Optris CTratio series is the first choice for non-contact temperature measurements in demanding industrial environments, especially in metal processing. With its two-color ratio technology (also known as ratio pyrometry), it delivers reliable and precise measurements at temperatures up to 3,000°C, even under the most difficult conditions – where conventional single-wavelength pyrometers reach their limits. Reliable Measurement in Dust, Vapor, and IR Attenuation In industrial processes, factors such as dust, water vapor, smoke, or IR-attenuating viewing windows are often unavoidable. CTratio sensors intelligently compensate for these influences: Even with signal attenuation of up to 90%, they still measure precise temperatures – ideal for processes in closed chambers or in areas of the plant that are difficult to access. Independent of emissivity and measurement geometry The ratio technology of the CTratio series is particularly effective for materials with low or changing emissivity – e.g., metals, oxides, or highly reflective surfaces. Even if the measurement object is small, moving, or difficult to focus, the temperature measurement remains precise and stable. Highest temperature resistance – without water cooling Another unique selling point is the extreme heat resistance: Both the sensor and the fiber optic cable can withstand ambient temperatures of up to 200°C without external cooling. For applications under particularly harsh conditions, an optional high-temperature version is available for use up to 315°C – reliable and cost-effective. The CTratio series from Optris combines intelligent ratio measurement technology with maximum durability. It is the perfect solution for industrial high-temperature environments where reliability, precision, and robustness are crucial. Optris CTratio – measure where others give up.

CSmicro – miniature pyrometer

PI Serie – Infrarotkamera
Optris PI – Ultra-compact high-performance thermography for industry and research The Optris PI series represents precise, non-contact temperature measurement at the highest level – compact, powerful, and versatile. With an impressive frame rate of up to 128 Hz, it enables the display of real-time thermal images and delivers reliable measurement results even with rapid temperature changes. Whether as a snapshot or video sequence – measurement data can be easily captured, analyzed, and documented. Weighing less than 320 g including optics and cable, the Optris PI series is one of the smallest infrared cameras in the world. Its compact dimensions of just 46 x 56 x 90 mm make it ideal for confined installations, mobile applications, or permanent stationary use – even under challenging environmental conditions. Thanks to its excellent thermal sensitivity, the PI series detects even the finest temperature differences, making it perfect for applications in quality assurance, process monitoring, research, development, and maintenance. The high resolution ensures detailed thermal images that enable precise analysis. An integrated process interface with analog and digital inputs and outputs allows seamless integration into existing control and automation systems. The powerful "optris PIX Connect" software offers comprehensive functions for visualization, recording, and analysis – completely license-free. Whether in automation, electronics production, or materials testing: The Optris PI series delivers reliable data in real time – for maximum control and process reliability in the smallest space.

CTi LT - Infrarot Pyrometer
Optris CTi LT – Compact, precise, robust The pyrometers of the Optris CTi LT series set new standards in non-contact temperature measurement – with one of the world's smallest infrared measuring heads, a high optical resolution of up to 22:1, and a wide temperature range from -50°C to 1050°C. Their specially tuned spectral range of 8–14µm makes them ideal for measurements on non-reflective objects with high emissivity – even at low temperatures. The robust design allows for use in environments with temperatures up to 180°C – without the need for additional cooling. Thanks to the thermal shock-resistant construction, measurement results remain consistent and reproducible even under fluctuating ambient conditions. The separation of the measuring head and electronics unit ensures high installation flexibility – even in tight spaces. The electronics offer analog output signals (0/4–20 mA, 0–5 V, 0–10 V, Type K thermocouple) as well as digital interfaces such as USB, RS232, RS485, Profibus DP, Profinet, Ethernet TCP/IP, and Ethernet/IP. Two galvanically isolated relay outputs enable easy process integration. With a response time of only 115 ms (90% energy), the CTi LT is ideal for monitoring dynamic manufacturing processes. Optional accessories – such as a mounting fork, target optics, close-focus lens, air purge, and cooling housing – further expand the application possibilities and ensure protection and precision in demanding environments. Made in Germany, the CTi LT series stands for the highest quality, durability, and depth of integration. Whether in plastics processing, the food industry, electronics manufacturing, or high-temperature processes – this pyrometer is the reliable solution for precise and continuous temperature monitoring. Optris CTi LT – when smallest dimensions meet maximum performance.

CSLaser / CTLaser Infrarot-Thermometer
Optris CTlaser – Precision and Flexibility in Non-Contact Temperature Measurement The CTlaser series from Optris stands for the highest accuracy and reliability in non-contact temperature measurement in a wide range of industrial applications. The innovative diverging laser sighting system helps determine the exact measuring point and optimally position the sensor, keeping the measuring spot size to a minimum. Two laser dots at the edge of the measuring spot indicate the exact measuring area, simplifying setup and increasing measurement accuracy. Diverse Optics for Every Application With numerous available optics, measuring spots from 0.9 mm to 25 mm can be achieved – from close range to long distances. This makes the CTlaser series perfectly adaptable to a variety of operating conditions. Two-Component Design for Maximum Flexibility The small, heat-resistant measuring head is separated from the electronics module, which is equipped with an LED display and manual on-site operation. The extensive analog (e.g., 0/4–20 mA, 0–10 V) and digital interfaces (USB, Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, and many more) enable easy integration into control and monitoring systems. Wide Industrial Applications Ideally suited for metal foundries and the glass industry, the CTlaser series measures reliably and accurately even in fast-paced processes or in hard-to-reach areas. The optical resolution of up to 300:1 ensures precise results. With its precise laser sighting, flexible optics, and versatile interfaces, the Optris CTlaser series offers a first-class solution for non-contact temperature measurements in demanding industrial processes.
