Our roots
Company founder Norbert Armbruster brings years of expertise in research, development and assembly automation. Inspired by the increasing demands on controlled, manual assembly, he developed the modular ELAM system - a pioneering solution for electronic line connection in industrial assembly.

ELAM Solutions
ELAM Solutions is a cloud-based assistance system that revolutionizes manual assembly in manufacturing companies. It serves as an interface between people and digital processes and supports workers in their tasks. With the flowchart editor, assembly processes can be created step by step and released for production. The ELAM Assistant displays the individual work steps on a screen and logs them automatically. This increases process reliability, reduces errors and creates a reliable basis for traceable assembly processes. Thanks to the logging, all recorded performance indicators can be monitored, analyzed and used for continuous optimization directly in the ELAM evaluation. ELAM Solutions is completely web-based and works on any browser-enabled device. Three versions are available depending on requirements. The basic version includes all the functions of the ELAM Assistant as well as administration and evaluation. The professional version allows the integration of IoT tools such as scanners, screwdrivers, digital I/Os or pick-to-light systems, which can be connected plug-and-play via an SWA5 client and WiFi. The Enterprise version offers tailor-made solutions for demanding and individual requirements. ELAM Smart Cordless Screwdriver – SMACO 5
ELAM SOLUTIONS SMACO 5 - SMART CORDLESS SCREWDRIVER Cost-effective screw technology, full connection Do you want to record and document your C-fasteners and drastically increase your fastening reliability? But conventional screwdriving technology is too expensive for you? We have the solution: The ELAM Solutions Smart Cordless Screwdriver! With a torque range of approx. 0.3 to 2.9 Nm, adjustable in 21 steps, the handy screwdriver is perfect for carrying out category C (VDI 2862) screw connections. The Open Protocol-compliant screwdriver is compatible with ELAM 5 and ELAM Solutions and documents the process. It can be locked and unlocked wirelessly via WLAN and reports screw connections. The 2-speed gearbox enables idle speeds of 600 or 200 rpm. The RGB indicator light gives you feedback on the status of the screwdriver and thanks to the two lithium-ion batteries and charging station supplied, the screwdriver is always ready for use.
