The CTi LT’s standout innovation is its modular design with exchangeable sensing heads, allowing any LT electronics box to be paired with any LT sensing head without compromising accuracy. This feature simplifies installation, maintenance, and replacement, making it a valuable tool for machine builders and system integrators who require versatile and dependable temperature monitoring.

The CompactPlusConnect software enhances the user experience with an intuitive interface and expanded functionality, simplifying setup, configuration, and monitoring. A standard USB interface now comes with every CTi LT pyrometer, ensuring quick and easy configuration across industrial environments.

Future-proof and ready for emerging sensing technologies, the CTi LT features a new electronics architecture that boosts speed and performance while extending system lifespan. This platform supports the development of upcoming sensing head technologies, preserving the compact design that customers value.

Designed for demanding industrial environments, the CTi LT boasts one of the smallest infrared sensing heads in the world and an optical resolution of up to 22:1. The sensors can operate in ambient temperatures up to 180 °C without additional cooling. Featuring a thermopile detector and 8–14 µm spectral range, the CTi LT is perfect for measuring high-emissivity materials in fixed installations. Multiple analog and digital outputs—such as 4–20 mA, 0–10 V, USB, RS485, ModbusTCP, EthernetTCP, Profibus DP, ProfiNet, and Ethernet/IP—ensure seamless integration into existing control systems and reliable real-time monitoring.
